ok.. for the benchmarking and yes, initializing Sextante takes time - I discovered that too during my programming. Its also somehoe logic, because Sextante is like its own program and loads, as OJ, all the functions as a type of plugin. I am not sure, but I just remember that when I programmed with it (1-2 years ago) Sextante was loaded when I clicked on the Sextante menu item in OpenJUMP.. I had to wait then for some time until things have been there... or do I confuse that now with the way the Python plugin is loaded?
