Which seems the best solution for me.

Because for me it doesn't work if
a) I can not read the text from a normal viewer position
b) I can not identify the "symbol" from a normal position.

.. no matter how beautiful the colors are or the composition is. Because 
the image/logo was designed to be presented in its "normal" position.
If you present the Mona Lisa with 90degrees tilted in the Louvre - 
people will not be happy about it either.
