I think you monitor them more than me now - because the notification 
doesn't work anymore that well.

However, we still receive quite a number of questions, hence, I agree 
that we should have at minimum one open forum. And yes, I guess we 
should close 2 of them. Maybe we should close "OpenJUMP Installation 
Problems" and "Problems with PlugIns", and the rename the remaining 
"OpenJUMP Functions Problems" to "OpenJUMP General: Help, Questions and 
Suggestions".. or so?

I actually can see that a couple of people can login with lots of other 
accounts (Google etc.) So when if we close them to anonymous comments 
for a while it should be ok. And I also see now that we can actually add 
email forwards too, e.g. to the user or devel list?
