Summary: Regression related to r2820

Revision 2820 seems to have introduced a regression
Here is the sequence to reproduce it,
- Create a layer with a few features
- Display the attribute table
- Select one line
- Display info with right click info tool

java.lang.ClassCastException:
com.vividsolutions.jump.workbench.ui.TreeLayerNamePanel cannot be cast to
com.vividsolutions.jump.workbench.ui.AttributeTab
at
com.vividsolutions.jump.workbench.ui.AttributeTab$16.execute(AttributeTab.java:565)
at
com.vividsolutions.jump.workbench.plugin.AbstractPlugIn$1.actionPerformed(AbstractPlugIn.java:130)
Seems that the bug is related to the change made in
JUMPWorkbenchContext.getLayerNamePanel()
warning : There are several changes in r2820 similar to the one in
getLayerNamePanel in other methods of JUMPWorkbenchContext
