turns out we need the en.properties file (for development only, though)

Because without it I can not use the -18n switch and switch to english,
i.e. "-i18n en" does not work, and I get everything in German. So, 
switching to french works, but not englisch.

Or how would I get english then? I know, I can use the dUser.lang VM 
switch - but thats inconvenient (love the other one for testing).

any comments? I can also make a copy of jump.properties and create from 
that a new en file.
