On this computer I have had a habit to copy and overwrite other files but oj_windows.bat from the most fresh OJ build version to my OJ base directory. This is because I need to use an edited oj_windows.bat for setting proxy and I have a desktop shortcut pointing to the launch file. But copy with overwrite means that old and not updated files were kept in the directories and old versions of file OpenJUMP-20121009-r3038-nolang.jar in the \lib directory were breaking cloned windows for me.
