I added the icon to identify raster layers. You can change it to a more symbolic one if you want, but I think that the identification should not be too Sextante specific. There are plugins out of the Sextante toolbox (raster menu) using (Sextante)rasters Sextante is about processing vector or raster, not about about a specific format
