I guess it is best to create a new project.
Then put the content into that (import it), for instance.
Then setup all the dependencies for that new print project.
Then use the workbench-properties.xml file/option to tell OpenJUMP to 
load the plugin on start...
How to do this should be described on the wiki with the hello world plugin.
