Hi Ede, can you help? See the forum message below - obviously more problems with memory. I myself did not encounter problems yet. But I also did not load big datasets, just the tutorial ones.
stefan -------- Original-Nachricht -------- Betreff: [jump-pilot - OpenJUMP Installation Problems] Increasing memory v1.6 Datum: Wed, 29 May 2013 12:06:47 -0700 Von: SourceForge.net <[email protected]> An: SourceForge.net <[email protected]> Read and respond to this message at: https://sourceforge.net/projects/jump-pilot/forums/forum/729478/topic/8339961 By: snab I have 12GB of memory on my Mac Pro. I use huge files and to avoid 'out of memory' messages prior to v1.6 I could increase the memory allocated by editing a line in the file 'oj_linux.sh'. JAVA_MAXMEM=${JAVA_MAXMEM--Xmx6B} If I attempt to do this with v1.6 (including 1.63) the program will not run. Has something changed? Am I doing something wrong? _____________________________________________________________________________________ You are receiving this email because you elected to monitor this topic or entire forum.
