Hi, Are your raster images maps (georeferenced raster maps, aerial photos etc.) or are their more like digital camera photos? Do you want them to open in a web browser or some other external image viewer or should they open in the OpenJUMP map project? A mockup like this http://mapgears.github.io/scribeui-site/ would help us a lot.
