no, currently not. afaik there are some hints in the wiki, probably written by 
Michael. 

here is the status quo.

Michael and me use spaces only.
I use 2 spaces, space only indention and have a template in eclipse for that. 

i'm no stickler for code formatting, but i try to reformat, while i am working 
at a file anyway. lot's of legacy code has mixed spaces/tabs , so i simply let 
eclipse reformat the class. however, if my changes are just minimal i just keep 
the modified method or such clean and the rest of the file untouched, so the 
changes are clearly visible in the revision log. for that i also have templates 
for tabs/space mixed and tabs only.
