I am not expert of databese, it seems to me that "Open file" just cover
"Load datasets" and "Add Image Layer" functionalities,
no databeses for the first, this functionality is available by Open main
menu.
I would suggest anyhow to "harmonize" the names ("Add Image Layer" ->"Open
Image Layer" and "Load Datasets ->Open Vector Layer")
