1. Can anybody make me clear if .shp & .osm (OpenStreetMap Data) are
holding topological data/relations or not.
2. if .shp files are not holding then how qgis plugin topology
checker and Openjump topology checker checks for the topology of
these files.

about a new topic
Shapefile does not hold topological relationship.
Osm holds topological relationship to some extents (I don't know this
format well),
but OpenJUMP simple features model does not hold topological relationships.
The plugin that check topology of features computes topology "on the fly".
It checks each feature topology one after the other, not relations
between features.

I upgraded Italian and Spanish translations.
I agree to add a preview/view rectangle. Probably it would be
better that OJ view upgrades when user change scales on Printer
scale combo box
Another proposal: Printer scale combo box could display the
scale view when launched.

Generally agree with Jukka's proposal.
As and alternative to a preview of the mapped area in the
printer dialog,
I would propose to draw the printed rectangle in the
LayerViewPanel.

at the moment "mm" for pagesize is hardcoded(MediaSize.MM).
I'm looking for a possibility to determine mm or inch
automatically. It's on my todo ;-)

after i've finished some work on the SkyPrintPlugin. Now
i need some help for translation. Please use the attached
files. German translation is done. French need some
supplementary.
For testing, please copy the attached JAR into the
lib/ext folder. But be aware, the plugin runs only with a
version later than 15.06.2013! With 1.6.3 it's not possible.
