Thanks Jukka, for offering OpenJUMP community a new tool to
translate jml file to/from other formats.
Thanks Ede for the quick fix on GML reader/writer.
About your previous question, I think that honouring encoding
while reading GML and always writing UTF-8 is good enough for
now on.
