Ctrl-Shift-Click is range oriented in lists (check out some file explorer of 
your choice). it (un)selects from the last clicked to the newly clicked object. 
aside the fact that Ctrl is a quasimode key in the map view and might be pushed 
all the time if SelectTool is on via quasimode, it also makes no sense to have 
Ctrl-Shift-Click work with ranges as it is totally unclear which attribute to 
order should be used.

ranges are selected via fence and that makes sense.

in conclusion: there is probably no way to streamline shortcuts between map 
view and attribute window, but i guess that users can live with the current 
implementation.

ok, no excel user myself. checked LibreOffice Calc now, it supports the 
shortcut for selection as well as unselection.

btw. i noticed that our AttributWindow only supports it for selection, but not 
for unselection.
