Yes, Ede is right, I should be able to do something.
Let me some days though. I may also have a few updates to do on french proj
and I saw a flaw i must fix in z coordinate handling.

I saw ETRS / ETRS89-GK19FIN for the old CRS and ETRS89 / GK19FIN for the 
new one on https://epsg.io.
I think I will choose this terminology to avoid name clashing.
