The mapcoloring plugin in https://sourceforge.net/projects/ojmapcoloring/ can
be used with OpenJUMP Plus snapshot simply by adding the 20 kB sized
ojmapcoloring.jar into lib\ext. The Plus version has already
jgrapht-core-0.9.2.jar and slf4j-api-1.7.7.jar which seem to be good for
ojmapcoloring. The plugin works for me fine at least with a few hundred
polygons. I think that 20 kilos does not weight too much for this simple,
little, but fun tool.
