Thanks to take care of all this stuff.

Just understood the rational of separating jars containing extensions 
from others.
Is it the same for the base classes ? Would there be any benefit to load 
libraries like batik or
postgresql only when called by a plugin ? Is it already the case ?

By the way, I'd like to move CTS stuff to the core for the next release 
as it is needed to
manage properly prj files (#429)
