seems like 'packages storage' is not 'repo storage'

pretty sure the maven build on my server stores one for every build. still i 
guess it'd be easier to just include the OJ-Core git as a dependency in the 
extension's maven build. pretty sure that possible somehow.

my approach would be to cross bridges only when arriving there - meaning: if 
you are at the point that you want to port an extension to OJ2, put it in a git 
repo (w or w/o history) work from there. no need for us to import all 
extensions now bulk i'd say.
