Hi, The GeoTools/GeoServer project is going to start using a new ImageN library instead of Java Advanced Imaging (JAI) https://discourse.osgeo.org/t/ready-to-imagen-more-merging-upgrade-prs/149334. I do not know if this will have some effect on OpenJUMP.
