yep.. seems like multipolygons are not allowed.
to create from the multipolygons single polygons you need to
- make the layer editable
- mark the multi-polygons polygons (e.g. use "select all items in layer"
or use "select by type" function)
- then try a right-mouse-click over one of the polygons (this is
sometimes a bit difficult) and select "explode"
check then if your attributes are still ok
