Hi Larry and excuse my late answer.
Talkimg about OpenJUMP I say that in OpenJUMP stable realize everything works
fine, included menus. I tried with all the embedded languages German, French,
Finnic, Spanish and Portuguese. Of coarse I didn't check if all the submenu
were translated.
But for sure menus are OK in all languages.
BTW according to wiki page Spanish is in progress, I don't know why, maybe
because it is partial?
