Hello, We changed the smt1 port, but the same results, we have other active ports and that ports working OK. In both sites we have other ports working ok. The firmware version is 7.3R3.6 I tried to put offline and online the pic, but the same results too.

Do you have any abnormal messages related to the PIC and/or the FPC in which the PIC is inserted in the output of "show log message" and "show log chassisd"?
