Background: Netscreen NS204 authenticating via tacacs = Working
Question #1: How do I get tacacs users assigned root privileges to perform
configuration save commands (scp/ftp to configuration repository)?
Question #2: Can the NS204 ignore the local admin account while tacacs server
is available?
