*Terminating* triple stacked VLANs does not work (e.g. having a triple stacked VLAN subinterface with an IP address). Juniper routers with IQ2 GigE PICs can do lots of interesting stuff with two VLAN tags, including pushing/popping two tags. So basically you could have a box which is aware of the outer two VLAN tags but not the inner one.
