The old 256 MB CF modules were Sandisk. The newer 1 GB CF modules are Silicon Systems, at least for the M7i's we've purchased recently: ad0 999 MB SILICONSYSTEMS INC 1GB 038TTS79Sn705SC00242 Compact Flash The part number that you can read off the CF module is *not* directly orderable from Silicon Systems (at least not as far as we were able to find out). Oh yeah, Silicon Systems now appears to be part of Western Digital.
