You can check what is actually advertised to the neighbor:
show route advertising-protocol bgp <neighbor-ip>
To understand why the prefix isn't advertised :
show route XXX detail
To advertise less-specific route when and only when you have more-specific
route:
[routing-options aggregate]
route xxxx/zz {
policy <policy-name>;
community [];
}
[policy-options policy-statement <policy-name>]
term accept {
from protocol <YourIGP>;
then accept;
}
then reject;
