Dear Muhammad Fahad Khan, it just works. about type of vpn - it depends. i have to note only one thing about route-based-vpn - it's MTU on VTI (=st0.0) interface. i had an issue when cisco and juniper calculate different values for this interfaces and this was a reason why OSPF didn't work through such tunnel.
