I've done something like this in the past to match on community strings... I don't have access to my configs but IIRC it's something along the lines of: set policy-options policy-statement no-community-match term no-communities-accept from community no_comms set policy-options policy-statement no-community-match term no-communities-accept then accept set policy-options community no_comms members "^$" HTHs.
