Anyone on list know whether this only applies to DPC MPC line cards on
chassis-based MX's (240, 480, 960) or would this include the MX80 as well?

PSN Issue : In Junos software releasess 10.2R2, 10.2R3, and 10.3R1 there are
several issues related to interactions of the following features:

Aggregate Interfaces
Bridging/IRB Interfaces
Juniper strongly recommends that customers running MX routing nodes with DPC,
and MPC do not run Junos versions 10.2R2, 10.2R3, or 10.3R1

Solution: Junos software has been modified to correct these defects. The
corrected code will be available in JUNOS release 10.2S5, 10.3R2, and later
versions

Solution Implementation: Customers using the MX routing node with Aggregate
Interfaces, or Bridging features should upgrade to recommended Junos version
