Hello, I suppose I didn't include what was obvious to me. The Junos version is 10.2S6. The MIC is a 20x1G (MIC-3D-20GE-SFP). We have a few other MX80s in Prod all running the same Junos version and using the same MIC. The MIC does not show up under "show chassis hardware". The lab box we tried happened to be on 10.4R4. We tried is to prove that the MIC itself was good, not to prove the software.
