I have one M20 SSB-E(710-001951) which uses SMS SM57208809WDTX6 64MB SDRAM DIMM. It uses Samsung K4E6408120-TL50 memory chips. Maybe this information helps if you should accidentally find a SM57208809WDTX6 from second-hand market.
