But was post-poned to 12.3 or so. So try again after summer or so.



I really want burst-size 0k myself, as we often do QoS at aggregation (very
very challenging place to do it right) instead of at access.

PE -10GE- aggregation -100M- customer

Now if you shape PE at 100M and allow burst, the aggregation will have to
drop excess in its FIFO queue, and QoS contract is not kept. 
Burst-size 0 would ensure you do not exceed 100M ever, and the FIFO buffer
at aggregation does not need to drop.
