[j-nsp] Sampling (v5) M120 cause 100% RE CPU and srcAS=0 and dstAS=0

I had very simple sampling config:

forwarding-options {
    sampling {
        input {
            rate 2000;
        }
        family inet {
            output {
                flow-server x.x.x.x {
                    port 1999;
                    autonomous-system-type origin;
                    version 5;

And everything was ok.

One week ago I tested other options of netflow (v500, v8, other flow-server).
I came back to the prevoius config of netflow and it stops work properly.
Sampling cause 100% RE CPU and flows inlude srcAS and dstAS = 0 (other fields 
of flow are ok).
Command #restart sampling gracefully doesnt help.

Any idea???
