We just received some MX80 modular systems and they came in with 11.2R1.10. I noticed right off the bat that there was continuous CPU usage of 5-7% by the clksyncd process with nothing transiting the system and just my laptop connected to the console port. Since there is no way I was going to run a R1 release I went ahead and upgraded to 11.2R6.3 and still saw the same CPU usage. I then loaded 10.4R9.2 and it goes back to 0% usage. I know that process has something to do with Synchronous ethernet...has anyone else seen this?
