The Junos is of course a big plus... However next to this the Thoughput should be higher with the Junipers!
As far as my info goes (not much Cisco equipment over here / sorry) they go up to 64 Gps where Juniper can go up to 128 Gbps (EX4200) and EX4550 up even to 256 Gbps.
