Hi!We have purchased a promotional bundle of the MX104 with 2x 10G built-on ports and after upgrading to Junos 13.3R6.5 the built-in ports seem to be deactivated.
After struggling a week with JTAC they have told me, it may be a licence issue and I have to install the key. How should I got the keyon purchase? paper, email?
