This happened to us irrespective of version, some switches were from
12.3.r9 to 15.1.r2.9 and some were from 15.1.r2.9 to 15.1.R6s2.1  as far as
I remember.


Same thing here with the JTAC support, they say go to the site and upgrade
using USB if the device fails during upgrade. They don't understand
practical difficulties when you have frequent failures.
