Hi all, we’ve found the root cause for the I2C errors. A tiny piece of paper (!) was stuck in the QSFP28 connector inside the caging. Once we bought a pair of tweezers and remove the paper, the errors disappeared. We have no clue where the paper came from.

The DWDM2 is a PAM4 transceiver, which works well on other fully-utilized MPC7 cards.
