Added a new MPC7E-MRATE to an MX960 today. it stays in "Present" mode under "show chassis fpc" and will not come "Online". Any ideas ?
This is a functional MX960 which already has (2) MPC7E-MRATE modules in slot 0 and 11, and has been running for about 1 year now.
