Assuming your network is not big (not hundreds of PEs) then you'll be fine, see the most resource consuming part of PWs are the TCP sessions (tLDP -which can be alleviated by using BGP for discovery and label signalling as Saku alluded to in his response). That said if PWs are not going to setup be among a large number of PEs, or you'll use BGP, then the label exchange action is going to happen over a few TCP sessions anyways. So your only limit is the elusive number of labels (sure there are other PFE hidden variables -but I'm pretty sure you're not going to hit those with the size of your setup).
