I don't have ACX5048, but similar ACX710 has dhcp traceoptions in the
usual place:
# set system processes dhcp-service traceoptions ?
Possible completions:
+ apply-groups Groups from which to inherit configuration data
+ apply-groups-except Don't inherit configuration data from these
groups
file Trace file information
flag DHCP operations to include in debugging trace
level Level of debugging output
no-remote-trace Disable remote tracing
