I've not implemented it. I just now learned it exists. We do have these exceptions stored, but only as counters.
So I would be interested to hear from someone who has implemented it. Mainly, can you do 1:1 sampling, because I'm mostly interested in exceptions that rarely increment, and I'd want to have a 100% probability of catching those.
