Ok wow... it's interesting what you might see when you stare at a screen
and observe over time... so, I am in fact seeing BLQ work following a
reboot, but, look how long it takes. ~9.5 minutes following reboot
command. This is absolutely reproducible and happens every time the
ACX5048 reboots, I did it about 5 times. I'd like to see this happen
immediately following network convergence, ... like right around the
time interfaces come up and routing protocol(s) converge... ospf full
state, bgp established, etc.
Times hacks for what I observed...
00:00 - reboot
02:00 - acx5048 console login prompt
04:10 - ospf full, pinging loopback
09:38 - dhcpv6 blq tcp session seen (and wiresharked)
