Hi Konstantin, I know that https://swan.web.cern.ch/ uses jupyterhub and they found a way to connect you to CERNbox (which is a rebranded owncloud). I saw an early beta of it but don't have an account to check what the status is at the moment. Unfortunately I also don't know where to find their code ... but it might be worth sending them an email.
