Dear Jesus, I use Sphinx together with the Jupyter Notebook Tools for Sphinx http://nbsphinx.readthedocs.io/en/latest/ to generate a PDF from my notebooks on Digital Signal Processing https://github.com/spatialaudio/digital-signal-processing-lecture. That works very well.
