Yes, the login page should say: Token authentication is enabled. You need to open the notebook server with its first-time login token in the URL, or **enable a password** in order to gain access. (emphase mine) Setting a password will remove the need for a token and you'll be able to always use the same password. The authentication can't be disabled, even for 127.0.0.1, or otherwise website your visit could send requests and runcode on your machine.
