Theoretically, yes. It would involve:

1. Setting up a notebook with the Julia kernel and a Julia widget library 
in the environment
2. Setting up the jupyter dashboard server pointing to a Jupyter kernel 
gateway server with that same Julia environment configured

You'd be the first to try it, however. :)
