Greetings,
We held a Jupyter project management tutorial on February 24 to get the team as a whole up to speed on the tools we (recently) implemented to manage GitHub Issues and the overall development process. More information about the tutorial, including the agenda plus links to the tutorial notes, repo, and session recording is provided below. Please note that we continue to iterate on our project management tools and approach as the project grows and this is very much a work in progress! Many thanks to Brian, Grant, Matthias, and Jason for presenting the great work they've been doing to keep the project organized and moving forward. Agenda 1. Overview & the State of Jupyter PjM tools (Jamie) 2. Issue Labeling & Metrics (Brian & Jason) 3. GitHub Projects (Jamie & Grant) 4. MeeSeeks Box (Matthias) 5.
