Thanks for the details! If python2 and python 3 kernels need to be available for all users, do the kernels need to be in /usr/share/local/jupyter/kernels directory? I also saw the python3 kernel under site_packages directory when I ran jupyter kernelspec list command before running the command to install the python kernels under /usr/share/local/jupyter/kernels. I thought if the kernel is under site_packages, it can be used by all user. Is this correct?
Could you please clarify which is the standard location for the kernels - python 2 and python3 in order to be used by all users?
